The IKT Podcast is a creation of the IM4 Lab with the aim to amplify the voices of Indigenous creatives working with immersive technologies. The series shares the experiences, insights and stories of Indigenous digital leaders and artists from around the world.
To wrap up IKT Podcast Season 1 the final episode will feature IM4 podcast host DJ Kookum and the Matriarchs.
Loretta Todd (Métis Cree Canadian) is the Creative Director and Media Matriarch of IM4 Lab and is an internationally acclaimed, award-winning filmmaker who directed Monkey Beach, as well as co-writing and serving as one of the producers.
Doreen Manuel (Secwepemc/Ktunaxa) is an IM4 Matriarch who holds a MFA from the Film Department at UBC and is the Director of the BOSA Centre for Film and Animation at Capilano University.
Cease Wyss Skwxwu7mesh/Sto:Lo/ Hawaiian/Swiss, is an IM4 Matriarch and a multimedia artist with over 25 years experience in this field. She has produced various formats of media art, as well as being a mentor in her field for close to 15 years.
Tracey Kim Bonneau is member of the Syilx Nation (Okanagan), born and raised on the Penticton Indian Reserve in British Columbia, Canada. Tracey is an IM4 Matriarch and a multiple award winning veteran documentary Director, Writer, and Producer.
